Kingston, Jamaica- April 1, 2022 - Dancehall brand Magnum is backing its ambassador Spice all the way to the Grammy Awards, which airs this Sunday.
The artiste has her album ‘Ten’ to thank for her first Grammy nomination, where it will go up against others in the ‘Best Reggae Album’ category.
As an active face of the brand, the Magnum team thought it fitting to provide support for Spice on her journey.
According to the Regional Marketing Manager for the brand, Kamal Powell, Spice is a part of the family.
“Our team is extremely proud of Spice and all that she has accomplished. As someone who works directly with her, I have to say her work ethic in every area is unmatched. We are a family, and it is particularly important that we offer her support in any way we can,” he said.
In March, Magnum hosted a nomination party for Spice in Atlanta, Georgia, to celebrate the iconic moment. The event was carefully curated to include a touching video of friends and well-wishers, Spice performance re-enactments, gifts, and many surprises.
“If you know Spice then you would know everything must be grand. We invite everyone to tune into our Instagram page @magnumtonicwine and join us as we take you through Spice’s journey to the Grammys”, Powell added.
Also nominated in the category of ‘Best Reggae Album’ is Etana, Sean Paul, Jesse Royal, Gramps Morgan and Soja.
